The Exchange program is designed for two reasons.� If you want to upgrade from the old cones to the new cones, or if you have damaged one of your drivers and wish to exchange it.�

Please recognize that the cost include the following: Transportation of the drivers to England, disassembly and demagnetization of the motor, a complete cleaning and repair of all items required, new cones, reassembly and precision alignment of the voice coil into the magnet gap, and re-magnetization of motor.� It is then shipped back here, and the associated duties and fees paid.� This is more of a service than a money making proposition.

Once you decide that you want to exchange your drivers, please call or write with availability of replacement units.� If we have them in stock, we will take your credit card information and ship you new drivers immediately.� Once you receive and install the new drivers, you must send your old drivers back We really don�t want you to be without music.

Please carefully pack and insure them.� If we have not received the old drivers within one month, we will charge your credit card the full amount for the new drivers.

If the drivers are not in stock, and they are a normally stocked item, we will let you know when new units are expected.� When they are received, we will advise you, and if you wish to proceed at that time the same procedures as above will be followed.

With special order drivers we do ask for a 20% deposit at the time the order is placed.� (20% of the cost of new drivers � our insurance that we do not get stuck with a difficult to resell driver).� This will not be charged until we have placed the order to England.� Once the order has been received, the same procedures as above will be followed.

All cost are in per pair in US dollars, and a $25 shipping fee will be added.
